Can I hire you if I’ve already hired some of my vendors?

Yes, you can hire us at any stage of your event, and we will pick it up from there and make sure your vision comes to life.

Can I change my package later?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. We would simply send you an updated invoice with a revised payment schedule.

If there are additional tasks that I need assistance with, can I add those to my package?

Yes, we have add-on options listed in your proposal and can create custom add-ons for your specific event.

How does billing work?

A 30% deposit will be required up front to book your event planning. The remaining balance will be due periodically until the event date.

Why are there not package prices on your website?

No one event is the same. Therefore, we like to make sure you are getting the service you need for the right price. We have standard packages, but most clients receive a customized package with customized pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a client cancels 30 days or more prior to the event they will receive back all money except the deposit. If a client cancels within 30 days of their event they forfeit all money paid.
